If something on this website is wrong, out of date, or crosses a line it should not cross, we want to hear about it. This page explains what to send, where to send it, and what happens next.

What is worth reporting

• A page that tells you what to do. This is the one we care about most. If a sentence here states a clinical number, a dose, a threshold, or a frequency; tells you to start, stop, or change a medicine; interprets a reading or a symptom; or tells you what to eat or drink — that is a defect, not a style question. Quote the sentence.
• A broken or wrong source link. A dead link, a redirect somewhere unexpected, or a source page that no longer supports what the page citing it says.
• Out-of-date material. If a referenced organisation has changed its public guidance and a page here still reflects the old version.
• Plain factual errors, including in how we describe who does what — care teams, nurse lines, pharmacists, urgent care, emergency services.
• Something that is simply unclear when you are reading it while feeling unwell. That is the condition these pages are written for, so it counts.

How to report it

Email . Please include the address of the page and, if you can, the exact sentence. That is enough — we do not need a form filled in, and there is nothing to sign up for.

Do not send us personal health information. We do not want your readings, your symptoms, your medicines, or your medical history, and we have no way to advise you on any of it. If a report needs an example, describe it generally. Anything about your own illness belongs with your care team, not in our inbox.

What we do with it

1. We read it and check the page against its listed sources.
2. If a page states something it is not allowed to state, we unpublish it rather than reword it while it stays live. It goes back through the checks described in our Editorial Policy before it returns.
3. For a factual or link fix, we correct the page and refresh the source-checked date shown on it.
4. If we conclude nothing needs changing, we will say so and explain why.

We answer at the address you write from. We do not publish a running log of corrections, and we would rather say that than imply a process we do not run.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your own illness, your readings, your medicines, or whether you should contact someone. Nobody here is a clinician, and this site has no clinical review. Those questions go to your own care team or your pharmacist.
